2.What areas do you deliver to?

Our food delivery service is proud to offer delivery to a wide range of areas to ensure that our customers can enjoy delicious meals from the comfort of their homes. Currently, we cover Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Trivendram, Pune and Mumbai and our delivery radius continues to expand as we strive to reach more neighborhoods and communities.

3.What are the delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are structured with a base fee for a certain distance and an additional fee for every extra kilometer.

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the restaurant to your delivery address. For the first 5 kilometers, there is a flat fee of 50 rupees. Beyond the initial 5 kilometers, an additional charge of 15 rupees per extra kilometer will apply.

For example, if your delivery address is 8 kilometers away, the calculation would be as follows:

First 5 kilometers: 50 rupees
Extra 3 kilometers (8 – 5): 3 kilometers x 15 rupees/kilometer = 45 rupees
Therefore, the total delivery charge for an 8-kilometer distance would be 50 rupees (initial 5 km) + 45 rupees (extra 3 km) = 95 rupees.

4.Is there a minimum order requirement?

To ensure a seamless and efficient delivery service, we have a minimum order value of 400 rupees. This means that each order must have a total value of at least 400 rupees before taxes and delivery charges.

It’s important to note that the minimum order value is in place to cover the costs associated with processing and delivering your order to your doorstep.

5.Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team at the earliest convenience. Orders can be canceled before they enter the preparation stage. Once the preparation process has started, cancellations may not be possible.
